Are you interested in completing your first 5k, 10k, marathon or triathlon?  Or are you a competitive athlete interested in improving your time and reducing injuries? Many of our fitness coaches are competitive endurance athletes themselves. With experience and knowledge we will take you from couch potato to a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon, triathlon or even an Iron-man in no time! Well, an Iron-man might take some time.
 
We offer:
Online, at home or in the gym coaching.  5k to marathon & sprint to iron distance Triathlons.
 
Each Program Includes:
  • Detailed 8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 week training calendar.
  • Tests to establish training intensities.
  • Heart rate training parameters.
  • Training details for all swim, bike and run sessions.
  • Detailed recovery program including mobility, stability and soft-tissue work.
 We also offer:
  • Nutritional coaching is available to help you maximize your training.
  • Cross-training and strength training programs. 
One-on-one and group workouts including; Road runs, trail runs, track sessions, road biking, mountain biking, open-water swims and brick work-outs are also available upon request.
