Learn the Core Principles of Balanced
Nutrition and Fitness in 30 days.

Attend two 90 minute classes each week. Each class consists of a 30
minute discussion followed by a 60 minute semi-private training session.

 

WEEK 1:  Principles of Core Nutrition,  Flexibility &  Muscle Activation Techniques

WEEK 2:  Strength Training Concepts

WEEK 3:  Cardiovascular Conditioning

WEEK 4:  Program Design - personalize your own eating and exercise
               program based on what you’ve learned!
 
    After completing the Fit Tracks program you will be able to:
  • Understand the importance of balanced nutrition.
  • Learn how to implement the most effective strength & cardiovascular training techniques.
  • Create your own unique exercise and nutrition program based on proven methods.
  • Cut through the fitness nonsense projected by the mass media.
