Group Performance Training classes are performed in groups of 3-5 and are designed to maximize your body’s fat burning ability through various types of circuit training. By training the body’s multiple energy systems during one workout consisting of several circuits with short rest periods (30-90seconds), your metabolic rate will be dramatically increased for hours following the training session. You will become a fat-burning machine! Keeping in mind this all depends on the willingness of the trainee to work well above their comfort zone for extended periods of time (5-30 minutes).
