Learn the Core principles of balanced nutrition and fitness in 30 days. Attend two 90 minute classes each week. Each class consists of a 30 minute discussion followed by a 60 minute private training session. Nutrition the right way! Fat loss the smart way! Strength and Conditioning the best way!

 
Group Performance Training classes are performed in groups of 2-3 by our professional fitness trainers.  They are designed to maximize your body’s fat burning ability through various types of circuit training. Your metabolic rate will be dramatically increased for hours following the training session. You will become a fat-burning machine!

Are you interested in completing your first marathon or triathlon? Or, are you a competitive athlete interested in improving your time?
