BODY-SCULPT: Full-body strength training utilizing light dumbbells and body weight exercises to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups, abdominal area, hips and glutes.
BOOTCAMP: An intense class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body-weight exercises with interval training and strength exercises.
CARDIO-SCULPT: First half of the class is aerobic, incorporating elements of dance followed by strength and toning exercises.
CORE CONDITIONING: This full-body conditioning class utilizes dumbbells, and body weight exercises.
CORE CYCLE & STRENGTH: Train your body’s aerobic/anaerobic systems to be more efficient! Develop muscular & cardiovascular strength! Increase power and speed while on the bike and strength off the bike by utilizing multiple body weight techniques.
PILATES MAT: The classic Pilates method is taught in this mat class with an emphasis on “core strength”. Achieve long, lean muscles and overall flexibility while working proper form.
PURE CYCLE: Pedal through flats, hill climbs, sprints, lifts and surges on the revolutionary Keiser M3i bikes.
RENEGADE: In this group training class you will Increase your strength, endurance and get lean with functional exercises using free weights, kettlebells and TRX in timed blocks. *$20 drop in fee required.
RESET: In this group training class the focus is on core training with various fitness tools. *$20 drop in fee required.
*RESET, RENEGADE and ROGUE FIT are a part of the PRIDE PROGRAMMING at Core Dynamics. PRIDE is a small group training program we offer and does require an additional fee.
